What happens when I run out of credits?

If you have an active subscription, your credit quota automatically resets at the start of each billing cycle. For monthly plans, credits reset monthly. For annual plans, you receive all credits upfront. If you need more credits before the reset, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Your generation history and stored assets remain accessible even when credits are depleted.


How long are my credits valid?

For monthly subscriptions, credits reset on your billing date each month. For annual subscriptions, you receive the full year's credits immediately upon purchase (e.g., 12,000 for Basic annually), which remain valid until your subscription expires or renews. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period—they expire when your subscription renews.


Can I get a refund for unused credits or my subscription?

We offer refunds within 3 days of your initial purchase if you've used fewer than 200 credits. After 3 days or if you've consumed 200+ credits, refunds are not available due to the computational resources already allocated. You can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges, but past billing cycles are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your needs before purchasing.


What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual plans offer 20% savings compared to monthly billing. For example, the Pro plan costs $20/month ($240/year) but only $288 annually, saving you $72. Annual subscribers also receive their full year's credits immediately (36,000 credits for Pro annually), giving you more flexibility in usage throughout the year.


How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the 'Billing & Subscription' section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you'll retain access to your credits and features until then. After cancellation, your assets stored under 'Unlimited storage' (Pro/Premium plans) will be retained for 30 days before deletion.


Do I own commercial rights to the generated 3D models?

Yes, all paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) include full commercial usage rights. You can use generated 3D models for client projects, sell them, include them in games, create marketing materials, or any other commercial application. However, you're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use the original input images—do not upload copyrighted photos you don't have permission to use.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can switch plans anytime from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference and gain immediate access to higher-tier features (like Ultra quality or multi-view input). When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Note: If downgrading results in feature restrictions (e.g., from unlimited to 30-day storage), plan accordingly.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. If your preferred payment method isn't supported or you need an alternative solution (like wire transfer for enterprise plans), please contact our support team, and we'll work with you to find a suitable arrangement.


How are credits consumed for different quality tiers?

Credit consumption varies by quality tier and settings. Fast mode (white model) costs 20 credits, Pro mode ranges from 50-120 credits depending on texture settings and multi-view usage, and Ultra mode costs 120-200 credits based on whether you enable PBR materials. Check the generation page for exact costs before submitting. Multi-view inputs and advanced features like PBR textures consume more credits due to higher computational requirements.


What if I'm not satisfied with the generation results?

We cannot offer refunds for individual generations or unsatisfactory results, as computational resources are consumed regardless of output quality. However, we're committed to helping you achieve the best results. If you're experiencing consistent issues, please contact our support team with examples—we'll provide guidance on optimizing your inputs (image quality, angles, lighting) and settings. Pro and Premium users receive priority support for faster assistance.
