Refund Policy

At Imagen3D, we strive to provide high-quality image to 3D conversion services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

Refund requests must meet both of the following criteria:

1. Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Usage Limit

Refunds are only available if you have used fewer than 200 credits from the purchased package. If you have used 200 or more credits, your refund request will not be eligible.

Ineligible Refund Requests

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests submitted more than 3 days after purchase
  • Accounts that have used 200 or more credits from the purchased package
  • Requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility requirements and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order details (transaction ID, purchase date, and amount)
    • A brief explanation of why our service did not meet your expectations

Refund Processing

Review Timeline

Our team will review your refund request and respond within 7 business days of receiving your email.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's processing times.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above
  • Refund approval is at our sole discretion
  • Unused credits will be removed from your account upon refund approval
  • This refund policy applies to credit purchases only; it does not cover other service fees unless otherwise required by law
