At Imagen3D, we strive to provide high-quality image to 3D conversion services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.
Refund requests must meet both of the following criteria:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Refunds are only available if you have used fewer than 200 credits from the purchased package. If you have used 200 or more credits, your refund request will not be eligible.

Our team will review your refund request and respond within 7 business days of receiving your email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods.
Once approved, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's processing times.
